Refund policy

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel

  • Personalized designs

  • Custom text, names, numbers, or color selections

  • Made-to-order items created specifically for a customer

  • Fight merch, team orders, and event merch

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By placing a custom order, the customer confirms that all details are correct.


Non-Custom / Ready-Made Items

Select non-custom, ready-made items may be eligible for return at our discretion if they are:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damages, Defects & Errors

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or incorrect due to our error

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will correct or replace the item as appropriate.


Refunds

Approved refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Batshirt Crazy Creations.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or placed in Custom / Made-to-Order collections are not eligible for returns or refunds and cannot be submitted for return requests through Shopify.
